Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian yang dapat digunakan untuk mempercepat pembuatan laporan administrasi kepegawaian dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja bagian Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) SMKN 5 Kota Malang. Aplikasi memiliki fitur proses transaksi pengecekan data karyawan, presensi pegawai, pengajuan ijin, penentuan lembur karyawan, unggah laporan target kerja karyawan dan pengecekan laporan bulanan karyawan untuk pelaporan kepada pimpinan. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan Waterfall dan pengujian tampilan/fungsi-fungsi program telah dilakukan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan user bagian administrasi SDM SMKN 5 Kota Malang.
